On your onboarding call we set a floor and an ideal target together, based on your past compensation and the market rate for your roles. We apply to roles at and above your floor, and we keep the door open to strong roles slightly below it, since those can often be negotiated up.
We advise you throughout. When you have a strong offer we will tell you, and when an offer is below your worth we will often suggest holding out, since many of our clients receive more than one offer to choose from.
If you place yourself independently within the first 35 days, you owe nothing further. After day 35, there is a flat independent placement fee that covers the resume work, LinkedIn optimization, interview briefs, and ongoing support we provide.
Any process you are already in before you start with us is treated as pre-existing and is excluded from the success fee. We list those active processes in your agreement so there is no ambiguity. We only earn the success fee on roles we source for you.
