Privacy Policy

Effective date: January 1, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Lim Placement, a service operated by Joel Lim LLC ("Lim Placement," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, shares, and protects your information when you visit our website, submit your information through our forms, or use our services. It also explains how we handle the mobile information of people who opt in to our text messaging program. By using our services, you agree to this policy. Our services are also governed by our Terms and Conditions, available at https://limplacement.com/terms.

1SMS, text messaging, and your mobile data

This section describes how we handle the information associated with our text messaging program, consistent with the federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), 47 U.S.C. section 227, the rules of the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), and the CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices.

If you provide your mobile telephone number and opt in through our intake, scheduling, or onboarding forms, we collect your mobile number and a record of your consent, including the date and time of consent and the language you agreed to. We use this information solely to operate the messaging program described in our Terms and Conditions at https://limplacement.com/terms: appointment scheduling and reminders, follow-ups regarding your job search and placement, responses to your inquiries, and updates related to your account or service. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for assistance.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors who provide support services to us, such as customer service providers and the messaging platform we use, is permitted solely so that we can operate the SMS program.

All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. This information will not be shared with any third parties.
