We use this information solely to operate the messaging program described in our Terms and Conditions at https://limplacement.com/terms: appointment scheduling and reminders, follow-ups regarding your job search and placement, responses to your inquiries, and updates related to your account or service. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for assistance.

2Information we collect

We collect information that you provide to us directly and information that is generated automatically when you use our website.

• Contact information. Your name, email address, and mobile telephone number.
• Professional information. Your resume, work history, credentials, job preferences, and other details you share so we can support your job search.
• Scheduling information. Details you provide when you book a call or appointment with us.
• Consent records. Where you opt in to our messaging program, a record of your consent as described in the section above.
• Payment information. When you make a payment, it is handled by our third-party payment provider. We do not store your full card details on our systems.
• Usage information. Basic technical data such as your browser type, device, and how you interact with our website, collected through standard web technologies.

Your text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
