There are two options. The escrow plan is $5,000 placed into a secured escrow account that is only released after you accept an offer. If we do not place you, the money is returned. The payment plan is $7,500 total, split into three monthly payments of $2,500 that begin after you accept an offer. Both plans include the full suite of services with no hidden fees.
From applications alone, we see a 0.7 to 1.8 percent interview rate. When we layer in LinkedIn outreach to hiring managers and decision-makers, the interview rate jumps to 1.5 to 2.6 percent. Over a three to four month engagement, that translates to 30 to 75 interviews and one to three offers you can choose from.
We work exclusively with senior-level sales, marketing, and operations professionals with 7 or more years of experience targeting six-figure positions. We are selective because we take on the risk. If you do not land a job, we do not get paid.
If you land a job within the first two weeks of onboarding, there is no fee. After two weeks, if you place yourself independently, there is a $1,000 independent placement fee. This covers the resume optimization, LinkedIn optimization, interview briefs, and other support we provide throughout the engagement.
If you chose the escrow plan, the funds are returned to you. If you chose the payment plan, you owe nothing because payments only begin after you accept an offer. Either way, if we do not get you a job, you do not pay.
Absolutely. You will have access to the shared tracker so you can cross-reference and avoid double-applying. If you find a role you like, you can even just send it to your recruiter on Slack and they will apply for you.
Yes. We build a simple, professional portfolio site under your name at no extra cost. We have seen measurable improvements in interview rates when clients have a personal site attached to their application.
Our average placement timeline is three to four months. Some clients have landed positions in as little as eight days, though that is not typical.
